Of 36 homesites, 34 are gone. 2 remain. Because the last of a community moves fast and terms vary, availability and pricing are not posted here. Mike has the current position and can tell you in one phone call whether either of them fits what you want to build.
Every homesite is over an acre, with fifty foot front and rear setbacks and the rear setback held as a natural buffer. Each is designated gravity or engineer for its septic system, which affects your build cost, so ask before you write.

The recorded declaration, the bylaws, and the approved site plan are all on the community page. Read them before you write.
